Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the market operation and event planning of the company's Web3 + AIGC products, formulating and implementing growth strategies to achieve business growth;

Monitor industry user trends, continuously conduct user research and behavioral studies, and train internal personnel for knowledge iteration;

Deeply understand the product's features and selling points, collaborate fully with the marketing team, guide optimization and output related product document content, and develop content strategies;

Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of product communities, able to maintain user engagement and activity within the community through content and events.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preference for E-people, majors in information technology are preferred;

At least 3 years of experience in product/platform market operations, able to independently formulate and implement product growth strategies and activities;

More than 1 year of experience in Web3, with experience in purchasing Ethereum NFTs, deep STEPN users preferred;

Experience studying abroad, English CET-6 or above, good proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, understanding cultural differences between the East and the West, able to communicate efficiently with overseas colleagues;

Possess a strong ability to learn quickly and an entrepreneurial spirit, competitive mindset, results-oriented, and a proactive approach to taking responsibility;
