Job Responsibilities:

1. Part of the growth department, with the core objective of user base expansion, responsible for growth metrics;

2. Explore various traffic opportunities and connect with channels (including but not limited to websites, app stores, apps, etc.), expand sustainably optimizable traffic channels, and plan and execute growth strategies;

3. Continuously iterate and optimize new user acquisition conversion effectiveness through data analysis, user research, and by drawing on emerging growth cases from different industries.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preference for candidates who can use English as a working language;

2. More than 3 years of experience in internet product growth, experience in international markets, ability to acquire overseas Chinese users, and preference for candidates with relevant management and promotion experience in blockchain, finance, and the internet;

3. Flexible thinking, familiar with various internet traffic strategies, strong logical and written communication skills; possesses a strong curiosity for new things and actively explores new growth methods;

4. Unique understanding and accumulation of user growth;

5. Good resilience and learning ability, with a strong sense of self-motivation.
