1. Product Planning and Optimization

Responsible for the overall planning of the Web3 spot trading product, formulating the product development roadmap.

Research industry trends, optimize core trading mechanisms such as order matching, liquidity, trading depth, and fee structures.

Design and improve core functionalities such as matching engines, API trading, and CEX-DEX interoperability.

2. Requirements Analysis and Solution Design

Deeply understand user requirements, analyze the market competitive landscape, and develop innovative product solutions.

Design product features such as trading pairs, candlestick charts, order books, order mechanisms, and leverage functions, ensuring optimization of user experience.

Responsible for product planning for API trading, quantitative trading tools, and other professional trader needs.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration and Project Management

Coordinate with R&D, design, operations, and marketing teams to drive the full lifecycle management of the product from concept to execution.

Responsible for product requirement documents (PRD), interaction design documents, and follow up on development progress to ensure timely product delivery.

Monitor product data, continuously optimize features, and increase trading volume and user retention.

4. Industry Insights and Compliance

Stay informed about the development of the Web3 ecosystem including DeFi, Layer 2, public chains, cross-chain protocols, and liquidity aggregation, exploring innovative trading models.

Understand compliance requirements in different countries to ensure products meet regulatory standards.

More than 3 years of experience in exchanges or Web3-related products, with a preference for candidates who have experience in spot exchanges (CEX/DEX).

Familiar with core business logic of exchanges such as matching engines, liquidity mechanisms, trading fees, KYC verification, and wallet management.

Proficient in API trading, smart contract interactions (Solidity), and foundational blockchain technologies is preferred.

Possess excellent logical thinking skills, capable of quickly analyzing data and optimizing product decisions.

Demonstrate strong project management abilities to efficiently advance products from design to launch.

Understanding of market trends, familiarity with BTC, ETH, and other mainstream crypto assets, with a deeper understanding of DeFi and derivatives markets being a plus.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, capable of effective collaboration with global teams.
