- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management.
- Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient product storage.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor team members for optimal performance.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in warehouse or logistics management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, strong organizational skills, flexibility in work approach, staff coaching abilities, and personnel handling.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with physical demands and potential for varying shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
