Description
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory, track shipments, and oversee order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions.
- Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and shipping partners.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management or administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, ability to handle personnel effectively, and adaptability to changing situations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with physical demands.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
