Description
- Design and implement attractive visual displays and merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences.
- Maintain optimal stock levels of visual merchandising materials.
- Train staff on visual presentation techniques and guidelines.
- Monitor and report on visual merchandising effectiveness.
Requirements
- Job Title: Visual Merchandiser
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Services, Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Management, Sales Management, Customer Management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with variable hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for sales.
