Description
- Develop and implement visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior to optimize product placement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure display standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Train staff on visual merchandising techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, teamwork, merchandising, inventory management, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, requiring physical stamina and flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with strong organizational skills and a passion for visual aesthetics.
