Description

We're in urgent need of Virtual Receptionist - Customer Service for a well-established company located in Pampanga, this opportunity is for Direct Hire, send us your applications now and we'll be in touch shortly.


  • Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings to SOI standards.
  • Effectively manage each call as directed via the computerized console instructions.
  • Each call is answered differently, and the Virtual Receptionist needs to be able to change how they answer and manage the caller, following the clients’ unique instructions as updated on the console.
  • Develop to be able to comfortably handle up to 80 calls per day.
  • To research and understand each company’s business and to make appointment bookings and diary management on behalf of our clients.
  • To have a good understanding of English both verbal and written, with a high level of comprehension.
  • To take accurate and timely messages via email using outlook.
  • To be comfortable putting calls on hold to SOI standards – using the right language.
  • Always use professional and positive language


For example: “Yes certainly”, “Thank you for holding.” “Your welcome

  • Ensure the callers experience is positive and seamless.
  • Provide customer service support when required.
  • Handle client complaints to SOI standards
  • To become an expert in using the computerized console, outlook, and Microsoft office simultaneously
  • To be able to multi-task easily

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Degree with English proficiency
  • Minimum of 5 years in a relevant industry sector such as professional reception role within an international organization or front of house within an International Hotel group.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in explaining technical information
  • Energetic self-starter with the motivation to learn continuously and to take initiative
  • Proficiency in G Suite, particularly Google Docs and Excel sheets
  • Good understanding of Outlook
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark Pampanga
