• Manual onboarding tasks, daily human interventions for quality assurance, and other administrative support duties.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Manage scheduling and calendar management tasks for executives or teams.
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of databases to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Experience Level: At least 6 months experience as Virtual Assistant and open to those with Developer role experience.
• Skills Required: Typescript, ****, Supabase/PostgreSQL, GitHub, AWS, Stripe; familiarity with WordPress is a Plus, Go High Level, UI/UX, AI agents, or AI knowledge.
