The Utility/Maintenance Worker is responsible for the overall cleanliness, upkeep, and minor repairs of buildings, grounds, and facilities under the SFIC Philippine North Province. The role includes assisting in building repairs, coordinating with external service providers for major maintenance work, and ensuring the safety and functionality of physical facilities for the comfort of the Sisters and the religious community.

1.     Physically strong and able to lift/move heavy objects

2.     At least High School level; TESDA NC II in Electrical or Plumbing is an advantage

3.     Minimum 1-year experience in building maintenance or related work

4.     Skilled in basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical work

5.     Trustworthy, hardworking, and with initiative

6.     Ability to communicate and coordinate well with religious and lay persons

7.     Willing to render overtime or work on weekends and holidays if necessary
