Job Description:

• Responsible for the design and optimization of products, including but not limited to PC, mobile, Web, and H5 pages;
• Optimize interface layout and interaction logic based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance user experience (UX);
• Analyze user needs and usage habits based on product business research to determine interaction and UI design details, continuously improving product user experience;
• Lead the establishment of visual and interaction design guidelines, regularly maintain and update them, and promote the effective implementation of these standards;
• Stay informed about market trends to provide professional visual advice for product design, enhancing product-market fit and increasing product value;
• Design promotional materials for various product-related activities and undertake other tasks assigned by the company;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a design-related field, with a minimum of 3 years of design experience;
• More than 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with priority given to candidates with experience in finance, sports, esports, or gaming industries.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
• Familiar with web and mobile design standards (iOS/Android), with a strong ability in responsive design.
• Possess certain motion design skills, capable of using AE, Lottie, Framer, and other tools to enhance interaction experience.
• Excellent visual aesthetic, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and interface layout.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and able to propose innovative design solutions in alignment with business needs.
• Strong communication skills, capable of efficient collaboration with product and technical teams to drive design implementation.
• Able to accept feedback and iterate quickly to ensure the final product experience is optimized.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for seamless integration with the development team.

2. Experience in 3D design, illustration, and brand design, adding extra visual enhancement to products.

3. Experience in designing international products, understanding the visual preferences of users in different countries.
