Responsibilities

1. Establish and refine the listing rules, processes, and evaluation system for the exchange;

2. Responsible for screening, researching, and assessing the value and development potential of potential projects;

3. Design and promote growth collaborations (such as Trading Competitions, Marketing Campaigns, etc.) based on project characteristics;

4. Develop and execute flexible listing strategies in alignment with market conditions and strategic objectives;

5. Maintain good relationships with project teams to promote long-term collaboration.
