Description
- Maintain accurate employee time and attendance records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Process time sheets, calculate overtime, and ensure accurate payroll deductions.
- Manage leave requests, including vacation, sick leave, and other absences.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of timekeeping systems.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure seamless timekeeping processes.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations regarding timekeeping and payroll
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of timekeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using timekeeping software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
