Position: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure the functionality of the cryptocurrency trading platform operates correctly.
• Perform manual and automated testing on the exchange's core functionalities, trading engine, wallet system, API interfaces, and user interface.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues within the system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the development team and product team to understand new features and improvements, ensuring comprehensive testing before release.
• Participate in product requirement analysis, providing testing-related recommendations to ensure product design meets quality standards.
• Maintain and enhance existing testing frameworks, driving the implementation of test automation and continuous integration.
• Write and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, particularly in the fintech or cryptocurrency sector.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
• Proficient in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestNG, etc.
• Knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and automation testing processes and tools.
• Experience in testing cryptocurrency exchanges, with an understanding of key functionalities such as trading systems, order matching engines, and wallet management.
• Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills, attention to detail, and strong team collaboration spirit.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with blockchain and cryptocurrency-related projects.
• Familiarity with testing processes and tools for smart contracts.
• Programming skills to write automated test scripts (such as Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration tools.
