Description
- Identify and target potential clients needing technical solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate products, highlighting technical features and benefits
- Understand technical specifications of products and services offered
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal sales teams
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in technical sales or support roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong technical knowledge, effective communication, and negotiation skills
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to client sites
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, customer-focused, solution-oriented, and a reliable team player
