Description

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates using different sourcing channels
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate records of hiring activities and candidate progress



Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings
  • Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
