Description
- Oversee daily operations of Rapide Marikina branch
- Supervise and support auto mechanics and service advisors
- Ensure quality control and proper diagnosis of vehicle concerns
- Manage inventory, procurement, and store supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Monitor sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Prepare and submit regular reports to head office
Requirements
- With experience in automotive services/auto mechanic knowledge
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in an automotive or service-oriented business
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and service abilities
- Willing to work on-site at Rapide Marikina branch
