Store Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and

managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He

orchestrate and engage the store team to achieve highest

level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable

sales and profitable targets.

1. People Management and Training

• Creates a high-performance culture in his/her
• store by setting clear expectations and targets,
• analyzing team performance, holding team
• members accountable and giving appropriate
• and prompt feedback, including actively
• managing poor performance.

2. Sales and Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure that Sales Target for the month is
• reached.
• Prepare Sales Presentation for store’s sales.
• Actively monitors customer satisfaction and
• feedback systems to drive continuous
• improvement.

3. Shift and Inventory Management

• Drives continuous improvement in stockroom processing and replenishment procedures.
• Minimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention. procedures are followed.

4. Store Management and Compliance

• Ensure that all store concerns are raised to respective departments
• Provides suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processes.
• Responsible for effectively and efficiently achieving branch sales, and service targets through his/her subordinates.
• Oversees and complies with all government statutory requirements.

• At least 5 Yrs. & Up proven experience in Supervisory and Managerial experience
• Specialized in Sales/Food/Retail/General or equivalent.
• Must have solid experience in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.
