Description

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Set up and place rebar according to specifications, ensure safety procedures are followed, and collaborate with team members.
  • Install and fix steel reinforcement bars as per structural drawings.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects on time.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Steel Fixer.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and knowledge of steel fixing techniques.
  • Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor construction environments, exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and ability to work in teams.
