Description

Main Responsibilities:


  • Entering transaction data, inventory, and operational reports into the company system.
  • Verifying and validating data received from various divisions (warehouse, sales, purchasing).
  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly data reports for internal purposes.
  • Coordinating with the production and logistics departments to ensure real-time data.
  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of all company data.

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably D3/S1 in Administration/Management/Information Technology.
  • Able to operate a computer and data processing applications (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and quick in typing and verifying data.
  • Experience in data entry within the manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
