  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor analytics, and manage community interactions.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and curate content across various social platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, proficiency in social media platforms.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creative thinker, proactive, adaptable, and strong team player.
