  • Job Responsibilities: Content Planning and Production: Responsible for content planning, editing, publishing, and maintenance for the company's new media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), enhancing brand influence and user engagement. Community and Fan Management: Manage communities, enhance fan interaction, plan online events to increase user activity and retention rates. Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor operational data (views, likes, shares, comments, follower growth, etc.), analyze user behavior, and optimize content strategy. Trending Marketing: Keep track of industry trends and hot topics, combine with brand positioning, and create innovative marketing content to generate viral hits. Channel Expansion: Explore and optimize new media advertising channels to increase brand exposure and enhance user growth. KOL/Partnership Coordination: Collaborate with KOLs, media outlets, and self-media to improve brand communication effectiveness. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing large communities, channel maintenance, and site management.

  • Job Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in fields such as Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, New Media, etc. Content Creation Skills: Possess excellent copywriting skills, capable of writing engaging short copy and long articles. New Media Platform Experience: Familiar with the rules and functionalities of mainstream social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Twitter, etc.). Data Analysis Skills: Able to use data analysis tools (such as Excel, GrowingIO, and various analytics tools) to analyze user behavior and optimize operational strategies. Sensitivity to Trends: Sensitive to internet hot topics and trends, able to respond quickly and produce relevant content. Image/Video Editing Skills (Preferred): Proficient in using tools such as Photoshop, Jianying, and Premiere Pro, with a certain level of visual aesthetics and video editing ability. Team Collaboration and Communication: Possess strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, capable of driving the implementation of operational plans. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with over 2 years of experience in new media operations, community management, brand marketing, etc., will be given priority. Understanding of SEO and domain traffic operations is a plus.
