Description

  1. Manage the Shopee store account: upload products, update prices, stock, and descriptions.
  2. Handle and process orders promptly to maintain store ratings.
  3. Run promotional campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and other Shopee programs.
  4. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for order fulfillment and shipping.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints through chat or product discussions.

Requirements

  1. Minimum education of high school/vocational school (preferably D3/S1) in Business, Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in managing a store on Shopee (additional value if managing an official store).
  3. Proficient in the Shopee Seller Centre dashboard and its features.
  4. Skilled in using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
