1.初级审计员要求（基础技能+勤奋就行）
学历要求：会计、财务、审计或相关专业
专业认证：有CPA、ACCA或其他相关认证者优先。
工作经验：无或1年以内审计相关经验，实习经历可视为参考。
Requirements
熟悉基本财务知识和审计流程。
熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件，了解财务软件操作。
个人素质：细致入微，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，愿意学习和接受指导。
2.有审计经验的审计员要求
学历要求：会计、财务、审计或相关专业本科及以上学历。
专业认证：持有CPA、CIA等相关认证优先。
工作经验：至少2-3年审计经验，有审计公司或企业内部审计经验者优先。
技能要求：
熟练掌握审计流程、财务报表分析、风险评估和内控测试。
能够独立执行审计任务，熟悉常用审计工具和软件。
个人素质：具有较强的分析和解决问题能力，良好的沟通技巧和独立工作能力，能应对复杂的审计项目和高压力环境。
