Job Title: Ad Media Buyer / Advertising Specialist

Location: Remote / Office

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Director / Ad Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Bing, etc.;

2. Analyze ad performance data to optimize creatives and targeting strategies for better conversion and ROI;

3. Manage ad budgets effectively, controlling costs and maximizing returns;

4. Monitor market trends and competitor campaigns to adjust ad strategies accordingly;

5. Collaborate with designers to provide creative direction and ad material requests;

6. Write advertising copy and test variations to evaluate performance impact;

7. Prepare regular reports on campaign results and suggest improvements based on data insights.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred;

2. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally in sectors such as iGaming, E-commerce, Mobile Gaming, or Online Education;

3. Proficient in operating major advertising platforms and understanding their mechanics;

4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;

5. Capability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;

6. Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and advertising tracking tools is an advantage.
