Job Description
Description
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary platforms in accordance with safety standards and project requirements
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and site instructions to determine scaffolding layout
- Install guardrails, toe boards, ladders, and access points
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure safety and compliance
- Work closely with other trades and contractors to meet project deadlines
- Maintain scaffolding tools and equipment, ensuring they are used and stored properly
- Follow health and safety regulations, including wearing PPE and adhering to fall protection protocols
- Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements
- BOUND FOR DUBAI
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Certification or training in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or local equivalent)
- Proven experience as a scaffolder in construction or industrial projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Certification or training in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or local equivalent)
- Proven experience as a scaffolder in construction or industrial projects
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors
