• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals (monthly and annually) in the retail outlets within the designated area.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for all assigned outlets
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate outlet staff, ensuring they possess adequate knowledge of product categories and meet performance expectations.
• Maintain attractive and well-organized displays of construction hardware materials in all retail outlets.
• Ensure merchandising strategies are executed at the outlet level
• Collaborate with the marketing department to implement and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions related to construction materials.
• 5 slots area available : 1 for Bicol, 1 for Batangas, 1 for Cebu, 1 for Cagayan de Oro, 1 for Baguio
