Job Description
- Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introducing our services and starting conversations.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Provide clear and basic information about products and services.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Handle customer questions and objections in a professional way.
- Stay aware of basic market trends and competitors.
- Proactively close sales and secure deals over the phone while consistently achieving assigned quotas
