Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives Identify and pursue new market opportunities across different regions Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
- Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff to enhance overall team performance
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to management
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a officer or leadership role
- Strong ability to develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
- Willing to relocate and travel nationwide to explore and expand business opportunities
- Ability to lead, mentor, and train sales teams for maximum productivity
- Preferably knows how to drive and possesses a valid driver’s license
