Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Manage customer relationships, support sales processes, and deliver presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.
- Report on sales trends and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales or customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce, strong negotiation and communication skills, detail-oriented, and a customer-first mindset.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable, with a proactive attitude.
