Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role, located on-site in Cavite. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales meetings, coaching team members, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Cavite
