Description
- Responsible for managing customer relationships, generating sales proposals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Duties include maintaining active accounts, reactivating dormant ones, and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
- The role involves providing initial solutions, after-sales support, and resolving customer issues in alignment with company values.
- Also includes regular reporting, team collaboration, and maintaining professional business relationships to support ongoing and future sales efforts.
Requirements
- A graduate of Business Courses, Marketing, Engineering, or any Technical courses.
- Self-motivated and able to plan activities.
- Sales skills with strong communication skills (oral and verbal), interpersonal and customer service.
- Ability to relate technical information to non-technical clients.
- Ability to build relationship quickly and ability to work in a team environment.
- Management and organizational skills.
- Ability to persuade clients that our product or services will best satisfy their requirements.
