Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software, and basic understanding of sales principles.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers, understand their needs, present product solutions, meet sales targets, and provide after-sales support.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to work flexible hours, and travel as required.
- Qualities and Traits: Energetic, results-driven, customer-focused, persuasive, with an ability to work independently.
