- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Restock merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Job Title: Sales Associate
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork, customer management, sales training, and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, process transactions, and support sales initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Must be amenable to work in SM Megamall.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented; able to handle diverse customer needs.
