Description
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Coordinate sales schedules and prepare reports.
- Manage client communications and maintain records.
- Support order processing and inventory management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate sales operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or support roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, CRM software; excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; standard working hours with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong multitasking abilities, and a team player.
