iBAS Software Inc., a growing software and IT solutions company with offices in the Philippines and France, is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This hybrid role involves both acquiring new business and managing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound sales and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention of your assigned client accounts.

The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-oriented, and passionate about building strong client partnerships in the software and IT space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure client success
  • Conduct regular check-ins, review meetings, and generate progress reports
  • Respond promptly to client concerns and provide effective resolutions
  • Attend client meetings (on-site or virtual) as required


Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing (preferably in software or IT)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in English (both written and spoken) - Excellent organization and time management
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities
  • Proactive, sales-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness and ability to attend client meetings when necessary
