Description
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
- Develop and implement safety training programs.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to promote a safety culture.
- Stay updated on safety trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in safety management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may require PPE.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, analytical thinker, and strong interpersonal skills.
