- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and amenities according to hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English and Hindi, strong customer service, effective communication, and customer relationship management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, regular physical activity, and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, friendly attitude, and strong work ethic.
