Description

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Change linens, dust, and restock amenities as needed.
  • Report maintenance issues and lost items to management.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; high school diploma preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, ability to manage customer relationships, and attention to detail in service delivery.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, assist with guest inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require lifting and physical activity.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
