Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer messages/chats via WhatsApp, Instagram, Tokopedia, Shopee, and/or other platforms.
  • Processing and managing incoming orders.
  • Inputting and updating product data (stock, descriptions, prices, etc.).
  • Assisting in creating daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Scheduling deliveries and coordinating with the packaging or shipping department.
  • Handling customer complaints courteously and professionally.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Female/Male, minimum age of 18 years.
  • Must have a laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.
  • Proficient in using social media and marketplaces.
  • Communicative, honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Experience in online administration is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
