Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes to meet staffing needs of Humanlink Management and Services, Inc., a leader in HR and Recruitment.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and databases, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and sound decision-making.
Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement overall recruitment strategy, conduct interviews, manage posting of job ads, and onboard new employees.
