  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
  • Handle correspondence and perform clerical tasks.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Requirements

• College Graduate (Preferably: Tourism/HRM/Business Admin Graduate)

• Has a background as a Receptionist of Front Desk

• With good communication skill

• Open for Fresh Graduate

• Can start ASAP
