Description
- Responsible for sales management and performance enhancement within the region.
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Guide and train subordinates to improve the overall performance of the team.
- Maintain customer relationships and expand new customer resources.
- Analyze market trends and provide decision-making support.
