Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to comprehensively oversee the development and execution of the exchange's quality assurance system, enhancing the platform's stability, security, and delivery efficiency in high-concurrency and high-complexity trading environments. This position will lead the testing team, formulate quality strategies, optimize process standards, drive automation and platform development, and support rapid product iteration and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the testing team and develop quality strategies to promote the standardization and automation of the testing system
• Design and implement testing plans for core systems, covering the entire process including functionality, interfaces, integration, performance, and data consistency
• Drive the establishment and implementation of engineering tools such as interface automation, regression scripts, and load testing platforms
• Analyze quality risks in trading processes and collaborate with product, development, and operations departments for quick resolution
• Establish effective test case management and defect tracking mechanisms to enhance test coverage and execution efficiency
• Participate in CI/CD processes to ensure the quality and stability of version releases
• Enhance team collaboration efficiency and foster a sustainable testing culture

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field of computer science
• Over 5 years of testing experience, with more than 2 years of experience in testing/QA team management
• Experience in testing centralized exchanges with a solid understanding of matching, leverage, clearing, and risk control systems
• Familiarity with the entire testing process and the ability to design and implement quality assurance systems
• Proficient in interface testing and performance testing tools, such as Postman, JMeter, k6
• Familiar with automated testing frameworks and proficient in at least one programming language (Python / Java / JS)
• Strong logical analysis, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• High execution ability and self-motivation, capable of effectively driving work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading the development of testing platforms, test case management systems, or performance testing platforms
• Familiarity with trading account architecture, unified account models, matching mechanisms, etc.
• Experience in blockchain or Web3 projects, with a certain understanding of wallets and on-chain interactions
