Description
- Manage the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee the creation, approval and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeline
- Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers, negotiating prices, delivery terms and service levels
- Collaborate with inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to achieve them
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, suppliers and inventory
Requirements
- With 3 years experience in Purchasing or Procurement
- With experience in Inventory system
- Detail oriented, analytical, ability to negotiate and has a strong leadership
