Description
- Oversee daily property operations and management activities
- Ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services
- Conduct property inspections and resolve tenant issues
- Prepare budgets and financial reports
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Oversee property maintenance, manage tenant relations, handle leasing processes, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in property management software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits to properties.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, communicative, and customer-oriented.
