Operational Functions

  • Handle All Stores Lease Renewal
  • Provide six months' notice prior contract expires
  • In charge in lease renewal negotiation
  • Responsible on Rental Negotiations
  • Existing Stores
  • Monitors pre-operating expenses
  • Research
  • Supervise store review & research
  • Analyze market study & research results


Admin Functions

  • Prepares Presentation materials for store renewal and store survey results report
  • Prepare memos
  • Proper handover of Documents (Contract, Award Notice / Offer Sheet)
  • Monitors DST Progress


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Experienced in relevant field is required
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and results driven
