Description
- Project Locations - Cagayan Valley - Luzon
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety regulations.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues on-site.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PRC License and COSH Training Certificate is an Advantage.
- Experience Level: 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and strong analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily site operations, manage resources, and ensure safety compliance.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work at construction sites, potentially in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
