  • Manage procurement processes and strategies to optimize costs.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, canvassing, or purchasing.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in procurement software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with some travel required for supplier visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively.
