Flexiwork Services is looking for a talented PMO Director to oversee the smooth delivery of projects within our Professional Services Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects using the Microsoft stack.

• Lead and manage a team of remote program/project managers.
• Oversee the successful delivery of projects across multiple disciplines.
• Mentor and guide project teams on PMO-related principles, processes, and methodologies.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for project-related issues.
• Collaborate with senior leadership teams and key stakeholders for strategic project alignment.

• 5-10 years of experience leading remote, enterprise-level IT PMO organizations.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• PMI PMP and/or PGMP certifications in good standing.
• Proven success in delivering a range of highly complex, large-scale customer-facing programs to small-scale projects.
• Experience with Portfolio Management, Process Management, and Service Delivery (ITIL v3, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Proficiency in multiple PM Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, etc.).
• Strong grasp of Windows products & technologies.
• Excellent customer communication skills and ability to manage vendors.
